The Apartment

The apartment is on the third floor and is completely oriented towards the courtyard. The orientation of the apartment is north-east. Due to the unobstructed view, the large windows and the balcony door, it is very bright and yet does not get hot in summer.

A special feature for this location in Vienna is the 6 sqm balcony with a view of a quiet, green and spacious inner courtyard. In summer you can enjoy the morning sun and sit pleasantly cool in the shade from midday.

As a further rarity, a covered private parking space is available in the courtyard. No more short-term parking zones and never-ending search for a parking space!

The 16 sqm room shown hatched in gray in the floor plan will be used by myself as an office for three days a week and is therefore not rented out. Since it is the only room on the left side of the entrance area, your privacy is guaranteed.
