All rooms are rented with the exception of my office.
Commission-free – I only rent privately.

All inclusive!
No surprises with electricity and gas bills – the price is inclusive, there are no additional costs. Everything is included in the rental price:

- fully furnished and equipped
- electricity
- hot water costs
- heating
- 150 MBit internet
- cable TV
- operating costs
- lift costs
- household insurance
- local tax
- duties and fees
The rental period is for 3 months. After the end of the period, the rental ends automatically but can be extended again as an option.
